Lytro Volume Tracer (Lytro VT) is a Light Field rendering solution for CG content, delivering the highest fidelity playback for immersive VR. Lytro VT is compatible with any industry standard DCC tools (Maya, 3DS Max, Nuke, Houdini V-Ray) and any render they support (Arnold, Maxwell, RenderMan, etc.) to create cinematic quality, real-time VR experiences that are scalable to any volume, from seated to roomscale.

For the very best immersive 6DoF VR experiences possible, Lytro VT preserves crucial animation and motion precision in CG content, and captures natural view dependent lighting in the scene, like reflection, refraction and specular highlights. Lytro VT works with full geometric complexity and materials at any resolution that can be rendered. The result is a real-time volumetric VR experience, with lush off-line cinematic quality.
